Solona Biofuels Limited, formerly Southern Online Bio Technologies Ltd, is an ISCC-certified biofuel manufacturer driving innovation in India’s renewable energy sector. Headquartered in Hyderabad, our operations are anchored by a state-of-the-art 250 TPD export-oriented plant located at APIIC SEZ, Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam, and a 70 TPD domestic unit at Samsthan Narayanpur, Telangana.
We specialize in processing Used Cooking Oil (UCO), Palm Acid Oils, POME, and high Free Fatty Acid (FFA) Acid Oils like Soya and Sunflower Acid Oils into sustainable biodiesel and byproducts. Our infrastructure includes advanced esterification, distillation, winterization, and deodorization units, enabling us to meet both IS 15607:2016 and EN14214 standards.

- Regulatory Edge: As per the Biodiesel Policy 2018, domestic companies face export restrictions and high duties on UCO imports. However, Solona Biofuels' SEZ-based facility is exempt from these limitations, positioning us among the very few Indian plants capable of exporting biodiesel without restrictions.
