Biodiesel Division – Fueling a Greener Future
In 2003, the company’s previous promoters entered the biodiesel space to offer a sustainable alternative to conventional diesel. Since then, we’ve built and operated two biodiesel units, strategically located in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh:
Unit 1 – Samsthan Narayanpur, Bhongir, Telangana
- India’s first biodiesel plant, supported by GTZ (German Government)
- Situated on a 12-acre freehold plot, approx. 60 km from Hyderabad
- Installed capacity of 70 TPD
- Caters to domestic market only
- Winterization Unit
- Processes UCO, Palm Acid Oils, and high FFA feedstocks into BD100, residue biodiesel, and industrial glycerin
Unit 2 – APIIC-SEZ, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
- Built on a 10-acre SEZ plot (leased), designed as a fully integrated complex
- Installed capacity of 250 TPD
- Handles multi-feedstock input like POME, UCO, acid oils
- Holds ISCC certification and is 100% export oriented
- We’ve also made long term contracts with for direct UCO collection hubs in Dubai and KSA,reducing sourcing costs and improving quality. Our Visakhapatnam SEZ unit’s proximity to port (60 km) offers strong export advantages. We’re also open to tolling partnerships with global customers.
